I’m a writer/director & sound designer for short films, features, documentaries, and video production.

I grew up in Newcastle Upon Tyne making films using my Mam’s old DV tape camera, casting friends in movies and animating creatures using blue tack.

I studied Computer Animation & VFX at Northumbria University. It was there I found a passion for scriptwriting, directing, editing, and sound.

I run a YouTube channel called The Film Look, making short films and breaking down the techniques. The channel has over 300 videos, 65,000+ subscribers, and has gained over 3 million views.

I am currently in pre-production on my next short film called Candle Dodgers. I am also in the midst of writing my first feature script called Band of Thieves.
